Winemaking:
The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted and separated and dip the stalks. After crushing cold maceration take place. Alcoholic fermentation happens in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in French and American barrels.
Tasting Notes:
Good, saturated colour with a soft tint. The aroma has a spicy character, and you can detect cloves and cinnamon, dried plum and vanilla. Dense body with soft freshness and a well-balanced soft finish.
