The harvest is done manually. Grapes are sorted, separated and dip the stalks. After crushing cold maceration take place. The alcoholic fermentation happens in stainless steel fermenters. Malolactic fermentation is conducted in French and American barrels.
Fruity with hints of cassis and red berries. The palate is soft and harmonious with a good finish and a long aftertaste. Pure delight in one single bottle of wine!
Produce of Dolna Banya Winery was established in 1974 and is located in the Thracian Lowland. Until 1994, the enterprise functioned as a production plant of fruit wines within the APC “Kiril Lazarov.”
